The Leader Circle goes beyond typical leadership training. It starts with who your leaders are as people, not just what they do. Over an immersive 4-day, 3-night program at The Retreat on Charleston Peak in Mt. Charleston, Nevada, we build leadership from the person underneath the title, building leaders who are value-driven, self-aware, and ready to lead from who they actually are.
That’s the difference companies notice. Leaders don’t come back with a binder of tips. They come back changed. Companies who’ve sent people through The Leader Circle see it in how they communicate, how they hold their teams accountable, and how they lead every day after.
That’s why companies keep sending people. Not the same leader twice, but new, emerging leaders, year after year, because they’ve seen what happens to the ones who came before them. The change sticks, so they keep investing in who’s stepping up next.

See why leaders who didn’t want to come say it changed their life.
These aren’t polished testimonials. They’re what leaders wrote on the last day of the program.
I will strive each day to work and live by my values. I will take what I learned home and implement it in my work and personal life.
I did not want to come here. I tried to get out of it several times. But these last days have changed my life more than I can explain. The friends I have made. The knowledge of self I thought I knew. This has forever changed me.
This program has instilled in me the confidence and drive I needed to push forward.
This hasn’t been an easy journey, but struggle brings people together and bonds us. I made connections here that I will have for the rest of my life.
I didn’t even realize the things holding me back until right now. I am so grateful to my contractor for this opportunity.
Within hours of arriving, I knew that not only did I want to be here, but I also knew that I needed to be here.
This entire course is all about working on and improving myself. As a leader and a person. Even a parent. It couldn’t have come at a better time.

Culture is built at the leader level. The Leader Circle transforms how your leaders think, act, and influence others.
Past attendees have included:
The Leader Circle is Mark’s vision to take leadership development out of the classroom and into the mountains. Away from the podium, in a natural setting that gives people room to think, reflect, and actually change how they lead.
After nearly four decades and more than 2,000 presentations to over 450,000 leaders, he wanted the chance to sit with a small number of leaders, know them by name, and work with them face to face, providing real mentoring and coaching that guides each person through their own leadership growth plan.
Your registration covers everything except your flight. If you choose other ground transportation instead of the provided shuttles or buy meals outside of what’s included, those costs won’t be covered.
We invite current and up-and-coming construction leaders to participate. If you manage individuals with high leadership potential, The Leader Circle could be a career-changing experience for them.
